I have good news for the Amazon Sellers who are selling groceries. Guess what? Amazon was titled as the No. 1 overall grocery retailer for the second year in a row by The Retailer Preference Index.

The company has become a leading grocery retailer by offering all the perks that Amazon customers love when shopping for groceries, including consistently low prices, convenience, and great selection-whether they are shopping in-store or online.

Let’s see what Amazon says!

“Over the last year, we’ve focused on expanding the convenience of the Amazon Fresh store shopping experience to customers across the country. So far, we’ve opened 23 Amazon Fresh stores in the U.S.—with more stores confirmed to open in California, Illinois, New Jersey, Virginia, and Washington state—that enable customers to skip the checkout line thanks to Just Walk Out technology or Amazon Dash Carts.

We’ve also introduced a new private label food brand—Aplenty—that provides delicious meals and is available only at Amazon Fresh. Aplenty offer products that are thoughtfully crafted using high-quality ingredients and cooking methods to deliver great taste at an incredible value.”

I hope this is the right opportunity that Amazon sellers must grab and sell grocery products of their choice as the biggie is more famous and trusted now.

Also, their new launch Aplenty is a new approach towards the customers who can get delicious and hygienic food from Amazon Fresh store, when they skip their breakfast or lunch in a hurry!
